Anyone who is a Harry Potter fan is probably well acquainted with this magical treat. I remember the first time I read about this deliciously buttery non-alcoholic beer, I was quite intrigued! I longed to try it! Luckily, I had my chance at Harry Potter World at Universal Studios, Orlando. It was absolutely delicious and just as I had imagined!
Of course, I simply had to re-create this delightful drink! Check out my version below. Video tutorial included!

Butter Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
Notes
- Of course, calories depend on what brand of ingredients you use. I used Smuckers Butterscotch Syrup, Shasta’s Cream Soda, and Reddiwhip Whip Cream.
- If you overheat the butter and syrup, it will start to caramelize. You just went the butter to melt and the syrup to warm up a bit!
- This is my version of this popular treat. I hope you love it!
- Vegan Option: Use vegan butter and dairy free whip cream (or omit)!
